Reflect. Learn. Strengthen.
A space for teams to reflect on their work and learn from experience. Together, we build shared understanding and explore how that learning can strengthen practice and improve frontline delivery.
Developing a clearer picture.
Focused consultation to help practitioners and teams make sense of complex cases and challenging situations, consider the child’s relationships and wider context, and develop an informed response.
Identify needs. Develop practice.
Working with your organisation to review practice and systems, identify gaps and development needs, and shape a response that supports practitioners and strengthens the service.
The purpose, boundaries and responsibilities are agreed before the work begins.
We agree how the work relates to existing management and professional responsibilities. External supervision is distinct from line management, performance management and disciplinary processes. Agreements address confidentiality, safeguarding, communication and the feedback the organisation will receive.
Support is scoped through an initial discussion, followed by a proposal covering the format, frequency, fees and review arrangements.
Share a little about your role, the work you do and the support you are looking for. An initial conversation can help establish whether the approach is a good fit.
